Hi, I'm Kaitlyn, a registered psychologist based in Melbourne. I have been working in the field of psychology for over 5 years, but have always had a curiosity about the human mind and a passion for helping others.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is warm, authentic, and compassionate, and I take the time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult period, wanting to better understand yourself, or looking to create meaningful change, I aim to provide practical support while fostering self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.

When I'm not in the therapy room, I enjoy the slower, everyday moments that bring balance to life. I love cooking, spending time with friends over coffee, taking my dog on adventures, browsing a lovely bookstore, and unwinding with a movie or TV series at the end of the day.

My Approach

I aim to take a collaborative and personalised approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, self-compassion, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work alongside my clients to help them achieve meaningful and lasting change that aligns with their values, goals, and the life they want to create.
